2020 may be gone, but the memories still remain. It feels like just yesterday that we launched on Kickstarter, propelling us where we are today. The past year has been filled with its challenges, but we are ever so thankful to be here 365 days later. We’re glad you decided to come along for the ride. With new horizons eyed up for 2022, here’s a look back at what happened in the past year.
Over the past year, it has truly been a humbling experience. We have successfully launched 3 collections, the Resolute field, the Endeavour diver and the Valour chronograph. In total, we have shipped over 2000 pairs of watches to happy customers all over the world! And we are overjoyed that you love our products. We're happy you're happy. We've had lots of stellars reviews from Youtubers, publications and most importantly, from you guys. We're proud to have 84% of 5-star reviews!
At the crux of RZE, we believe in building watches that last you through all your seasons. And we've stuck to our promise of delivering high quality watches and utmost customer satisfaction, and we're proud of our average return rate of only 0.2%.
It's been 365 days and not a day goes by that our heart doesn't skip a beat when we receive an order notification—we're always excited to receive your orders! We endeavour to hand-pack and ship out all in-stock items ASAP, resulting in an average fulfillment time of 2 days, all done in our humble home-warehouse. It's a real blessing to have two little kids (read: elves) that can help us with our fulfilment! So you can rest assured that all your packages are hand-packed with love. All orders are then shipped out via our trusted partners at DHL and are shipped out via Express Shipping, ensuring your packages are safely and swiftly at your doorstep in 5 days on average!
Community is the beating heart of RZE, and we absolutely love receiving your messages, and we try our best to get back to you on time, all the time. Our average response time clocked in at 6 hours, but that's usually when we are asleep, as most of our replies are instant during our working hours!
And in December 2020, we wanted to find a way to get up close and personal with you guys, to have chats and bounce around ideas about our future projects. Which is why we started the RZE Community.
We wanted an exclusive group where we could share product ideas and get your feedback to create better products for you. Today, the group is thriving with over 650 active members

Although we operate from our sunny island home of Singapore, we understand that most of our customer base is all over the rest of the world. So to better serve all our global customers, we have recruited 14 new stockists on board, with 6 in the EU, 4 in Asia and 3 in the USA, which makes it easier for you to shop in your own region! Import tax has always been a bane for many of us who just want to shop freely. So in July 2021, we opened our brand new RZE EU Store
for our customers in the EU, so you can enjoy localized after-sales service in the region. Plus, there will be no more surprise VAT tax bills when ordering! We've also established a new Authorized Service Centre in USA for localized after-sales service in the region, which means cheaper shipping fees and faster turnaround time in the event your RZE piece needs care.
We've had an exciting ride the past year, and the road ahead is looking especially bright. We have 4 new collections in the works, so keep your eyes peeled and make sure you're always following us on our socials for first dibs! We will be continuing our pursuit of sustainability through environmentally-focused initiatives which will be announced later in the future.
