These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are between you and RZEWatches.com. (“Company”). In consideration of the right to access and use the websites located at the Universal Resource Locator Addresses RZEWatches.com, (each, the “Site” or the “Website”), and receive the Products offered through the Website, you agree to the terms and conditions of use set forth in this Agreement and acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age. YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND THE PRODUCTS SOLD THEREON CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT AND INDICATES YOUR WILLINGNESS TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. This Agreement applies to the products currently offered by the Company and any products that the Company may choose to offer in the future (collectively, the “Products”). RZEWatches.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions listed on this page at any time without notice.

All prices are listed in $US Dollars.

PAYMENTS

All payments are handled by Shopify Payment/Stripe/Paypal. VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs are not included for orders. RZE Watches does not store or transfer any credit card details. For further questions about how our partners handle information please contact PayPal.

SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 business hours of verification, though this may vary depending on the current workload of our warehouse. However, holidays and/or other circumstances might interfere and/or delay shipments. In areas where our carriers do not deliver, we reserve the right to use another carrier or refund the order.

WARRANTY

The RZE warranty covers any defect in material quality or workmanship that may occur with normal and reasonable use during the warranty period. In these cases, RZE will cover the costs of repair/replacement of the product(s) and/or parts of products that prove to be defective under normal and reasonable use. The warranty period is valid through 24 months after the date of purchase.

This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or replacements for repairs necessitated by use other than normal and/or reasonable use, cosmetic damages caused by normal wear and tear, any damages that may arise after any unauthorised work is attempted and conditions/malfunctions/damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

The warranty does not cover routine service or maintenance which may be required within the warranty period, including but not limited to demagnetization, or adjustments for accuracy resulting from the watch suffering an impact which affects the balance.
