SHIPPING POLICIES
NOTE: Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of the purchase.
If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they will appear as a separate line item. If they are already included in the product price, there will be a note at checkout clarifying. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer’s responsibility.
It will be noted at checkout for full transparency before you order.
International orders are shipped with DHL Express, and delivery typically takes1–7 days depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from the shipping courier containing shipment confirmation and tracking details so you can monitor the estimated delivery date.
We ship U.S. orders 'DDP' (Delivered Duties Paid), which means you will not face any unexpected customs duties or import charges. Depending on your state, sales tax may be applied at checkout if legally required.
Important: U.S. customs officials may require your Social Security Number or Tax ID to clear your shipment. We cannot override or avoid this request. If you do not provide the requested information when asked, your shipment will be returned to us and you will be responsible for any related shipping fees for the return.
Customs policies vary generally between countries. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details about potential import duties or restrictions. When ordering from RZE Watches, you are deemed the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the destination country.
We cannot falsify customs documents by marking orders as gifts or declare a lower value for the item. However, for pre-order items or crowdfunding campaign, the declared value will be based on the lowest preorder price for all items.
We aim to dispatch your order within 24-48 business hours of verification, though this may vary depending on the current workload of our warehouse.
However, holidays and/or other circumstances outside of our control might interfere and/or delay shipments. In areas where our carriers do not deliver, we reserve the right to use alternative carriers or refund the order.
All our shipments are shipped with tracking and insurance but not for full retail value. We reserve the right to cancel order instead of replacing the item. This will typically require a reasonable waiting period before considering a shipment as lost in transit, based on location and time of year. Filing for lost parcel can take some time and we would require a physical/digital proof that the claim has been lodge and states that customer did not receive the item.
Lost package claims may be investigated by carriers, and fraudulent claims may be prosecuted.
We cannot and do not take responsibility for packages which are stolen after being marked as delivered, or packages lost by couriers after attempting to make delivery, but were unable to gain access to your delivery location. Please be sure to consider this when providing your shipping address.
If you believe your order has been lost or stolen after delivery was made or attempted, please contact your local post office with your tracking number, and inquire with your friendly neighbours.
Once the order is confirmed, you will first receive an order confirmation via email. Once the item has been shipped, another email with the tracking link will be sent, to allow you to track your package’s journey.
